Composition for preventing or treating fibrosis comprising a Gas6 protein or a receptor activator thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for the prevention or treatment of fibrosis, comprising the Gas6 protein or a receptor activator thereof. The Gas6 protein can induce the secretion and production of PGE 2 , PGD 2 and HGF in epithelial cells through a receptor thereof, and inhibit the phenomenon of self-secretory TEM and intermediate of a signaling pathway downstream thereof, thereby preventing and treating fibrosis. Thus, the Gas6 protein and a receptor enhancer thereof have an excellent effect for use in the prevention or treatment of fibrosis. |
