| abstract | The medical gripper instrument (10) comprises: a gripper main body (16) having two opposing limb portions (20A, 20B) which can be opened or closed and a foldable portion ( 22) connecting the base end portions of the two branch portions; a clamping ring (18) which, following the movement of the main body (16) of the gripper from one end end side towards a base end side, causes the closure of the two branch portions (20A, 20B); a cylindrical thrust tube (42) formed on the outer surface, having at least one axially extending opening (50), at the end of which the clamping ring (18) is removably mounted, and within which, following movement of the gripper main body (16) from one end end side towards a base end side, is accommodated said gripper main body (16); and a junction member (44) having a base end portion that secures a front end portion removably connected to the foldable portion (22) and a front end portion of an actuating cable, said connecting member ( 44) connecting the main clamp body and the actuating cable. This medical device with clamp allows, after the introduction of the clamp, to effectively maintain the position thereof and, according to an optional synchronization, to remove the clamp placed inside a living organism. |
