abstract The present invention relates to a method in which a porous body in the pores of which a monoclonal antibody of interest is immobilized is contacted with nanoparticles on which a protease is immobilized in a liquid to effect selective digestion of the monoclonal antibody with the protease, then a peptide fragment produced by the digestion is detected by coupling liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS), the monoclonal antibody being digested with the protease in the presence of an antibody capable of binding to the antibody monoclonal specifically or to a target molecule for the monoclonal antibody.
