titleOfInvention MONOTOPE SYNTHESIS METHOD OF COX-2 ENZYME INHIBITOR USING CARBONYLATION REACTION
abstract The present invention relates to a method for the monotopic synthesis of a cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme inhibitor by means of a carbonylation reaction. The process according to the invention makes it possible to perform a monotopic synthesis of a COX-2 enzyme inhibitor with p-methylbenzaldehyde and 3,4,5-trimethoxyaniline as raw materials for condensation reactions. amino aldehyde and oxidation carbonylation. The method of the invention makes it possible to provide a target product by means of a one-pot process, by the use of a carbonylation reaction process. According to the invention, the raw material is simple and easy to obtain, the mode of operation is simple, the reaction conditions are moderate, and the yield is acceptable; the reaction has a high economy in terms of atoms and steps, thus meeting the requirements of development of an environmentally friendly chemistry.
