A method for preparing sweet tea glycosides, comprising the steps of: raw material pulverization, flash extraction, double centrifugation, macroporous resin purification, desorption, enzymatic hydrolysis, organic film fractionation, concentration, crystallization, and drying to obtain a finished product. The method optimizes the quality control of key steps such as extraction, separation, purification and decolorization, and can obtain sweet tea products with a purity of more than 99%. The product has white snow, no bitterness, less solvent residue, no pesticide residue, and stable product quality. |
