titleOfInvention | WEAR RESISTANT COATING |
abstract | The invention relates to a wear-resistant coating formed from the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of basic copper sulphate, 2-10 parts of distilled water, 1-5 parts of acid acetic acid, 0.01-0.05 parts of graphene, 45-65 parts of a silane coupling agent, 30-40 parts of phenyltrimethoxysilane, 5-10 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 12-25 parts of a nanoscale silicon carbide, 5-15 parts of ethanol and 1-10 parts of isopropanol. The coating has superior wear resistance and scratch resistance and does not have the problem of lubricant precipitation causing stickiness of the coating. |
