abstract The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an ink for inkjet textile printing which, even when containing a high concentration of a dye, can be ejected at a stable rate in a stable direction from an inkjet recording device, enables prevention of inaccurate ink droplet placement, and also enables drawing of clear lines and improvement in image clarity, particularly in the case of single-pass textile printing; and an inkjet textile printing method. The problem can be solved by: an ink for inkjet textile printing which contains at least water, an alkylene glycol, a dye A and a dye B, the dye A and the dye B being isomers, the dye B being more hydrophobic than the dye A, the dye A and the dye B being contained at a molar ratio (dye A/dye B) of 40/60 to 80/20; and an inkjet textile printing method wherein textile printing is achieved by means of the ink for inkjet textile printing being ejected through an inkjet head.
