abstract Provided is a chimeric molecule consisting of a small molecule compound unit of a target protein, an E3 ubiquitin ligase binding unit and a linkage unit. The chimeric molecule can bind to a BRD protein, enable the BRD protein to be more easily degraded by proteases, and thus play a role in inhibiting cell proliferation. The chimeric molecule can be used as a drug for the degradation of the BRD protein to treat cancers or coronary artery diseases.
