abstract | Provided are an organic electroluminescent display panel and a preparation method therefor. The organic electroluminescent display panel comprises: a substrate (1); a first electrode (2), a pixel defining layer (3), an organic light-emitting functional layer (4) and a second electrode (5) which are arranged above the substrate (1), the pixel defining layer (3) being located between adjacent pixel regions and being used for surrounding each of the pixel regions; and a conductive layer (7) and a protective layer (6) which are arranged on one side, away from the substrate (1), of the second electrode (5), wherein the conductive layer (7) is arranged on one side, away from the substrate (1), of the pixel defining layer (3), the conductive layer (7) and the protective layer (6) are arranged at the same layer, a surface, away from the substrate (1), of the protective layer (6) is parallel with a surface, away from the substrate (1), of the second electrode (5), the conductive layer (7) is arranged between the protective layer (6) and the second electrode (5) and is in contact with the second electrode (5), and the protective layer (6) comprises a first portion arranged at the pixel regions and a second portion arranged on the conductive layer (7), in a direction perpendicular to the substrate (1), the sum of the thicknesses of the second portion and conductive layer (7) being approximately equal to the thickness of the first portion. |
