The invention can be used for children's creative activities, games, education, modelling and for developing fine motor skills. A composite elastic material comprises: a free-flowing polymeric material having fractions of from 0.005 to 0.1 mm and a fraction homogeneity of from 10 to 100% and being in the form of a granulated, finely dispersed, free-flowing polymeric material; a binding substance in the form of an agent with OH groups in a quantity of from 10 to 50% of the mass of the free-flowing polymeric material; a cross-linking agent in a quantity of from 0.5 to 10% of the mass of the agent with OH groups; and a plasticizing agent in a quantity of from 0.02 to 2% of the mass of the agent with OH groups. In order to produce the composite material, the binding substance is obtained by cross-linking the agent with OH groups, plasticizing and distributing same throughout the volume of the free-flowing material, and fixing the binding substance on the surface of the free-flowing material. The technical result is the production of a safe product combining the properties of a Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluid. |
