abstract |
Provided is a water-breaking cosmetic material which is excellent in stability even when an ultraviolet absorbent is highly blended, of which the emulsified state is smoothly broken upon applying, thereby providing good spreading, and which provides excellent feeling of use. The water-breaking cosmetic material comprises water-in-oil type emulsion containing:n(a) 0.1-4 mass% of at least one selected from partially crosslinked polyether modified silicone and partially crosslinked polyglycerin modified silicone; (b) 0.05-1.5 mass% of non-crosslinked silicone active agent;n(c) 30 mass% or more of an aqueous component;n(d) 3.5-20 mass% of an ultraviolet absorbent; andn(e) 3-45 mass% of at least one selected from a silicone oil having a viscosity of 1-20 mm 2 /s at 25°C and an ester oil having an IOB value of 0.1-0.4. |
