Provided are: a laser-welded body which can bond and integrate, without having to go through a complex process, a plurality of resin members prepared by a simple method and which provides excellent bonding strength between the resin members without compromising resin characteristics thereof; and a production method therefor. The present invention comprises three thermoplastic resin-containing resin members consisting of: a first resin member 1 which has an absorbance a 1 of less than 0.13 and which serves as a member to be irradiated with laser beams; a second resin member 2 which has an absorbance a 2 of 0.1-0.9 and which includes an abutting region B where ends of one or more resin members are brought into contact with each other; and a third resin member 3 having an absorbance a 3 of 0.2-3.8, wherein the absorbances a 2 , a 3 exhibited by the second resin member 2 and the third resin member 3 are attributed to the inclusion of a laser beam absorbent therein, and the respective resin members 1, 2, 3 are overlapped with each other to form contact regions C 1-2 , C 2-3 , and the abutting region B and/or the contact regions C 1-2 , C 2-3 are laser-welded. |
