The present invention provides a composition for improving a vascular endothelial function, which contains, as an active ingredient, a component selected from a mono-unsaturated fatty acid having 20 or more carbon atoms, a salt thereof and an ester thereof, wherein the ratio of the amount of the mono-unsaturated fatty acid having 20 or more carbon atoms to the total amount of fatty acids contained in the composition is 10% by weight or more. The present invention also provides a composition for improving sleep, which contains, as an active ingredient, a component selected from a mono-unsaturated fatty acid having 20 or more carbon atoms, a salt thereof and an ester thereof. |
