abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide an aerosol composition for hair and an aerosol product for hair, which are excellent in terms of deodorant effect and silky feeling and which are less apt to leave a powdery residue in an area where the composition or product has been applied. This aerosol composition for hair is characterized by comprising 2-7 mass% of an oil-absorbing powder with an oil absorption of 0.45-0.75 ml/g, 0.1-0.6 mass% of a polyol, 3-33 mass% of a lower alcohol, and 65-94 mass% of a C3-5 hydrocarbon having a vapor pressure at 20°C of 0.05-0.35 MPa, and by containing no surfactant. This aerosol product for hair is obtained by packing said aerosol composition for hair into an aerosol container comprising a pressure container equipped with an aerosol valve, said product characterized in that the discharge rate is 0.3-1.2 g/sec.
