Provided are a DNA molecule coding a chimeric Zika virus and a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The DNA molecule comprises the following sequences linked in tandem: a sequence of a 5' non-coding region, a coding sequence of capsid protein C, a coding sequence of a membrane protein precursor, a coding sequence of an envelope (E) protein α lacking three amino acid residues at the carboxy terminus, and a coding sequence of three amino acid residues at the carboxy terminus of an envelope (E) protein β, a coding sequence of a non-structural protein NS, and a sequence of a 3' non-coding region, the coding sequence of the membrane protein precursor and the coding sequence of envelope (E) protein α being derived from a Zika virus, and the remaining sequences being derived from an attenuated strain of a Japanese encephalitis virus. |
