Disclosed in the present invention are an ultra-matte colored ultra-thin coverlay for high-frequency applications, and manufacturing method. The coverlay comprises a colored ink layer and an adhesive layer for high-frequency applications. The colored ink layer is arranged on the adhesive layer for high-frequency applications. The number of the colored ink layer is at least one. The hardness of the colored ink layer is HB-5H. The gloss of the colored ink layer is 0-60% (60°). The roughness of the colored ink layer is 50-1000 nm. The thickness of the colored ink layer is 1-10 μm, and the thickness of the adhesive layer for high-frequency applications is 3-25 μm. The ultra-matte colored ultra-thin coverlay for high-frequency applications provided in the present invention comprises the colored ink layer and the adhesive layer for high frequency applications, and a release layer of a release film or a release liner is laminated to the upper and lower side. The coverlay has an ultra-low dielectric constant and loss, high ion purity, thin stack-structure thickness, superior heat dissipation performance, excellent flame retardance, and superior non-optically active property, thus being particularly suitable in high-frequency circuits having fine wires. Compared to conventional coverlays, the present invention provides high reliability and operability and enables the surface gloss to be adjusted, thus being a superior substitute for the conventional coverlays. |
