A stereoscopic monitoring and data mining system and method for a harmful lake cyanobacteria bloom. The method involves: acquiring, by means of remote sensing monitoring, automatic monitoring and manual patrol, monitoring indicator data related to a harmful lake cyanobacteria bloom, and transmitting the acquired data to a data center via the Internet; the data center performing data backup and data preprocessing on the received data, these operations comprising time interpolation, spatial interpolation and abnormality determination processing; transmitting the preprocessed data to a database for storage; and according to a data source stored in the database, calculating a three-dimensional numerical model regarding a lake; according to numerical model simulation data, carrying out risk assessment regarding a harmful cyanobacteria bloom of a lake to be monitored; and presenting prediction and warning information about the harmful cyanobacteria bloom of the lake on a public platform. By means of the method and system, the real-time stereoscopic monitoring of a harmful cyanobacteria bloom is realized, and data processing and model simulation are carried out by means of fully mining collected data information, thereby realizing the real-time reception, rapid and accurate processing and timely release of information about a harmful cyanobacteria bloom. |
