Specific binding reagent for detecting qualitative difference of 4-repeat tau, and detection method, detection kit, and medication screening method using same |
abstract |
It is found that, in an Alzheimer's disease patient, an asparagine at position 279 of a tau protein is deamidated and modified by an aspartic acid. The Alzheimer's disease can be identified and diagnosed by using a reagent for specifically recognizing a peptide in which the asparagine at position 279 of the tau protein is modified by the aspartic acid. |
