abstract This tissue clamping tool deployment device system includes: a sheath in which a lumen is formed; a needle tube that is formed in a tubular shape and is positioned inside the sheath to be capable of freely protruding and withdrawing from the distal end of the lumen; a tissue clamping tool that is positioned inside the needle tube in a stretched state and has a coil region capable of being restored to a coil form having a uniform turn diameter outside the needle tube; a stylet that is connected to an end of the tissue clamping tool inside the needle tube; and a manipulable section for operating the stylet so as to advance the tissue clamping tool while rotating the same and for rotating the sheath in one direction about the longitudinal axis when advancing the stylet. The manipulable section is configured such that when rotating and advancing the tissue clamping tool and rotating the sheath in one direction while the distal end of the needle tube is positioned toward the base end side relative to the distal end of the sheath, the sheath rotates by a rotational amount that is less than one rotation while the tissue clamping tool protrudes from the sheath by a length of one turn of the coil region. The coil region protruding from the sheath is biased such that the coil region has a diameter that is larger than the turn diameter.
