abstract Disclosed are an ester polymer, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The ester polymer in the present invention has a structure as represented by the following formula (I), wherein group T represents a main chain of the ester polymer; groups B are independently selected from O or S, respectively; groups R independently represent C 1-10 alkylene; groups A are independently selected from O, S, or NR'', respectively; groups R' independently represent C 1-10 alkylene; groups N b are independently selected from H or -R'''-B'H, respectively, wherein at least one of two N b s on the same nitrogen atom is -R'''-B'H; groups R'' are independently selected from H or C 1-10 alkylene, respectively; groups R''' independently represent C1-10 alkylene; groups B' are independently selected from O or S, respectively; y independently represents an integer ranging from 1 to 6; and m is an integer ranging from 1 to 10. When the ester polymer in the present invention is used as a dispersing agent and/or a polymerization inhibitor, excellent dispersing and polymerization inhibition performance is provided.
