titleOfInvention | Aramid polymerization method using carbon dioxide as solvent |
abstract | Disclosed in the present invention is an aramid polymerization method using carbon dioxide as a solvent, comprising reacting phenylenediamine with phthaloyl dichloride, adding an acid binding agent to the reaction system, and using liquid carbon dioxide and/or a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid as the reaction solvent. The method of the present application is environmentally friendly, saves resources, has low cost, and is safe for production and suitable for industrial production. The molecular weight of the polycondensate obtained in the present application is controllable, the product quality is good, the intrinsic viscosity of the polycondensate ηinh = 8 to 9 dl/g, the yield of aramid condensation stage can to reach 98%, and the recovery rate of aramid condensation solvent is higher than 90%. |
