abstract A clotting test paper and a method for preparing a piezoelectric sensor chip thereof. The clotting test paper comprises the piezoelectric sensor chip (1), a base plate (2), a sample feeding plate (3), and a hydrophilic siphon membrane (4), is simple in structure and low in cost, can be prepared in batches, and meets requirements on domestic clotting detection. The method of preparing the piezoelectric sensor chip (1) comprises: preparing a piezoelectric material layer with a corresponding thickness, evaporating metal adhesive layers (12) on two sides of the piezoelectric material layer, then generating a metal electrode layer (13), making a microelectrode array, depositing a poly-p-xylylene dielectric film (14) on the microelectrode array to realize complete coating of the microelectrode array, fixing a clotting reagent on the dielectric film, and carrying out bareness processing on an exciting electrode and a receiving electrode on the microelectrode array. The piezoelectric sensor prepared by the method is good in stability, high in sensitivity and accuracy and long in service life, can be used for detection of different clotting indexes, realizes multipoint detection simultaneously, and guarantees the accuracy and reliability of the detection.
