The invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, as an active agent, in a physiologically acceptable medium, an effective amount of an aqueous extract of shoots of dill (Anethum graveolens), enriched with small RNAs having a maximum length of 150 nucleotides, obtained from a plant material according to the following steps: a) shoots of Anethum graveolens are brought into contact with water; b) tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is added to the mixture obtained in step (a) at a pH of between 10.5 and 11; c) the pH of the mixture obtained in step (b) is then adjusted to a value of between 6 and 8; d) the mixture obtained in step (c) is purified such as to remove residual solid plant material and obtain a purified aqueous crude extract; and e) the pH is checked and readjusted if necessary to a value of between 6 and 8, preferably between 6 and 6.5. The invention also relates to the cosmetic use of a composition according to the invention, used to care for the skin, scalp and skin appendages. |
