abstract |
The present invention provides a use of a potassium ion channel protein Kir4.1 inhibitor for preparation of a medicament for treating depression. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating depression, the pharmaceutical composition comprising Kir4.1 inhibitor. The present invention further provides a method for screening potential substances for treating depression, comprising a step of applying a test object to be screened on an animal model of depression, the Kir4.1 in a lateral habenula nucleus of the animal model of depression being highly expressed. |
