abstract An exercise apparatus control device 12 that has a classification determination unit 61 that specifies, from a plurality of classifications, classifications for exercise that uses exercise apparatuses. On the basis of the specified classifications, a correspondence determination unit 62 specifies the correspondence between the exercise apparatuses and body regions to be exercised. On the basis of user operations, a settings processing unit 63 sets operational details for the exercise apparatuses. On the basis of the specified correspondence between the exercise apparatuses and the body regions and of the set operational details, an apparatus control unit 64 transmits information that indicates the operational details to each of the exercise apparatuses and thereby controls the exercise performed by the exercise apparatuses. A display control unit 65 controls a screen display related to the correspondence between the exercise apparatuses and the body regions, to the operational details, and to exercise conditions.
