abstract [Problem] To provide a temperature control sheet whereby body temperature in a predetermined space can be equalized without limit, and to provide a product provided with a temperature control sheet in which the temperature control sheet is internally attached and integrated therein. [Solution] The temperature control sheet pertaining to the present invention is provided with a first sponge layer, a second sponge layer, and a thermal conduction sheet having a graphite sheet in which the thermal conductivity in the surface direction thereof is 150 W/m∙K to 400 W/m∙K, and is used in shoes, chairs, beds, or sofas, and the thermal conduction sheet is interposed between the first sponge layer and the second sponge layer.
