abstract Provided is an iprodione monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell strain ZXL-2, which has been collected in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center, with the accession number being CGMCC No. 13093. A monoclonal antibody secreted by the hybridoma cell strain ZXL-2 has relatively good specificity and detection sensitivity (IC50 value is 5 ng/mL) to iprodione. The hybridoma cell strain ZXL-2 is used for immunodetection of an iprodione residue in food.
