abstract |
Provided are spinel particles having excellent crystal denseness and high heat conductivity. A method for producing Mo-containing spinel particles, comprising: step (1) of burning a first mixture (A-1) containing a Mo compound and a Mg compound or a first mixture (A-2) containing a Mo compound, a Mg compound and an Al compound to prepare an intermediate; and step (2) of burning a second mixture at a temperature higher than the temperature selected in step (1) to produce the spinel particles, wherein the second mixture contains the intermediate when the mixture (A-2) is used and the second mixture contains the intermediate and an Al compound when the mixture (A-1) is used. |
