The present invention provides a pneumatic tire having an improved balance of fuel economy, wear resistance, and wet grip performance. The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire having a tread produced from a rubber composition for tread that contains 80-150 mass parts of silica, 0.1-3.0 mass parts of a tetrazine compound represented by general formula (1), and 50 mass parts or less of a hydrocarbon resin having an SP value of 7.5-10.5 per 100 mass parts of a rubber component having a styrene-butadiene rubber content of 30 mass% or greater, in which the styrene content of the styrene-butadiene rubber is 23 mass% or greater. |
