abstract The present invention pertains to a skin cleanser composition which is capable of sufficiently exhibiting an excellent comedo plug removal effect without causing stress such as pain or irritation to the skin. Provided is a skin cleanser composition which includes 0.08 mass% to 35 mass% of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (X), and in which the pH of the composition at 25°C is in the range of 9.3 to 12.5.
