Provided are the following organic electroluminescence elements which exhibit an outstanding performance: an organic electroluminescence element comprising a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and an organic layer between the negative electrode and the positive electrode, in which the organic layer includes a fluorescence-emitting layer, and the fluorescence-emitting layer comprises a first compound, a second compound with a hole mobility greater than that of the first compound, and a dopant material with a fluorescence spectrum half-width of 30 nm or less; and an organic electroluminescence element comprising a negative electrode, a positive electrode, and an organic layer between the negative electrode and the positive electrode, in which the organic layer includes a fluorescence-emitting layer, the fluorescence-emitting layer comprises a first compound, a third compound having a greater affinity than the first compound, and a dopant material with a fluorescence spectrum half-width of 30 nm or less, and the quantity of the third compound in the fluorescence-emitting layer is less than the quantity of the first compound in the fluorescence-emitting layer. |
