Provided is an adsorptive temporary fixing sheet having sufficient shear adhesive force in the same direction as a surface, and having weak adhesive force in the vertical direction relative to the surface. In addition, a method for manufacturing such an adsorptive temporary fixing sheet is provided. This adsorptive temporary fixing sheet has a foam layer comprising a interconnecting cell structure, wherein V1 < H1, V2, < H2, and V3 < H3 are satisfied, where V1 (N/1cm2) is the silicon chip vertical adhesive force of the surface of the foam layer after 20 hours at -40°C, V2 (N/1cm2) is the silicon chip vertical adhesive force of same after 20 hours at 23°C, V3 (N/1cm2) is the silicon chip vertical adhesive force of same after 20 hours at 125°C, H1 (N/1cm2) is the silicon chip shear adhesive force of the surface of the foam layer after 20 hours at -40°C, H2 (N/1cm2) is the silicon chip shear adhesive force of same after 20 hours at 23°C, and H3 (N/1cm2) is the silicon chip shear adhesive force of same after 20 hours at 125°C. |
