The invention relates to a method and a device for enriching cells, cell fragments and molecules from whole blood, for specifically detecting at least one population of cells, cell fragments or molecules contained therein. The aim of the invention is to detect a broad range of target objects, including molecules thereof, from whole blood in a quick and simple yet sensitive and specific manner. According to the invention, it is not the target objects themselves but rather matrix objects that are specifically enriched, however the target objects are specifically analysed thus allowing specific and sensitive detection of target objects. |
