Floating gate semiconductor nanostructure-based biosensor and method for manufacturing same |
abstract |
Disclosed are a floating gate semiconductor nanostructure-based biosensor and a method for manufacturing the same. The floating gate semiconductor nanostructure-based biosensor comprises: a substrate; an insulating layer formed on the substrate; a nanostructure formed to protrude from the insulating layer; a source electrode and a drain electrode formed on the insulating layer and having the nanostructure therebetween; a floating gate formed of a metal pattern or a polysilicon pattern so as to contact and extend to the nanostructure; and a biosensing substance, one end thereof being fixedly bonded with an immobilization molecule on the floating gate, and the other end being bonded with a biomolecule. |
