A nucleic acid separation apparatus is provided with a stirring mechanism for stirring a sample and a reagent both injected into a treatment tube to perform a dissolution treatment of the sample and the reagent, a pressurized gas supply mechanism for supplying a pressurized gas into a filter cartridge into which the sample solution that contains a nucleic acid and has been subjected to the dissolution treatment is injected for the purpose of separating and collecting the nucleic acid from the sample solution, a dispensing mechanism for injecting the sample, the reagent or the sample solution that has been subjected to the dissolution treatment into the treatment tube and the filter cartridge, and a transporting mechanism for transporting the pressurized gas supply mechanism and the dispensing mechanism, wherein a dispensing chip is provided in the dispensing mechanism in a detachable manner, and the dispensing mechanism is provided with a sucking/ejecting mechanism by which a liquid can be sucked and ejected through the dispensing chip and a liquid supply mechanism for ejecting the liquid through a nozzle. |
