titleOfInvention | Method for producing photoelectric conversion element |
abstract | A method for producing a photoelectric conversion element according to the present disclosure comprises: a first electrode formation step wherein a first electrode is formed on at least a first main surface side of a photoelectric conversion unit with use of a conductive paste that contains conductive particles, a thermosetting resin and a solvent; an atmospheric drying step wherein the first electrode is dried by being heated at the atmospheric pressure so as not to exceed the curing temperature of the thermosetting resin; a vacuum drying step wherein the first electrode is vacuum dried by being heated under a vacuum so as not to exceed the curing temperature of the thermosetting resin after the atmospheric drying step; and an insulating film formation step wherein an insulating film is formed on the first main surface side of the first electrode after the vacuum drying step. |
