abstract | The present invention provides a concrete exfoliation prevention structure that is environmentally-friendly, has high strength, and provides good workability. This concrete exfoliation prevention structure comprises: an undercoat layer that is formed on a concrete base material and that is composed of an undercoat coating composition containing a water-soluble resin composition; a middle coat layer that is formed on the undercoat layer, that includes a mesh sheet, and that is composed of a middle coat coating composition containing a water-soluble resin composition; and a top coat layer that is formed on the middle coat layer and that is composed of a top coat coating composition containing a water-soluble resin composition, wherein a coating film formed with the middle coat coating composition has an elongation coefficient of 50-250% and a tensile strength of 5-18 N/mm 2 , and the mesh sheet has a tension strength of 2,500-4,300 N/50 mm. |
