Provided is a method for preparing a compound represented by formula I by means of a compound represented by formula (II), wherein the definitions of each group are as described in the description. Said route has the characteristics of being industrially producible, being high yield, the product thereof being easily separated, and the like; the compound represented by formula (I) is a multi-target tyrosine protein kinase inhibitor having good anti-tumor activity. |
