Provided is a conductive substrate and a method for manufacturing same, and a display apparatus. The conductive substrate comprises a base substrate (10), and a first conductive layer (11) and second conductive layer (12) arranged on the base substrate (10), wherein the first conductive layer (11) is in contact with the second conductive layer (12); the first conductive layer (11) is configured to be electrically connected to a broken part after the second conductive layer (12) is broken; and the first conductive layer (11) comprises a composite material layer or a nano-wire conductive network layer. The conductive substrate is of relatively high quality, and the flexibility thereof is improved. |
