abstract An intravascular pressure measuring catheter (1) having a mounting base (30), comprising: a distal sleeve (10), which has a guidewire lumen (11) slidably receiving a separate medical guidewire (50); a proximal portion (20), which is linked to the distal sleeve (10); and a pressure sensor (40), which is provided on the mounting base (30) and comprises a sensing portion (41) and a lead portion (42), the sensing portion (41) having a sensing area (410) for sensing pressure, the lead portion (42) outputting blood pressure signals generated by the sensing area (410), and the sensing portion (41) of the pressure sensor (40) and the mounting base (30) having a gap therebetween. By providing the pressure sensor (40) on the mounting base (30) and enabling the sensing portion (41) of the pressure sensor (40) and the mounting base (30) to have a gap therebetween so that they don't come into contact, the present invention can inhibit influence of the bending deformation of the intravascular pressure measuring catheter (1)on the pressure measuring result, improving the measuring accuracy of the intravascular pressure measuring catheter (1).
