abstract |
A method and system for processing a 3D tissue sample is provided, the system having an adjustable opening like an (iris) diaphragm, such that firstly a perfusion flow of a tissue processing fluid through the biopsy sample may be allowed and then at least a section of the processed intact biopsy sample can be moved through the completely open opening and out of the tube for further molecular diagnostic (MDx) analysis. |
