abstract |
The present invention relates to a graphene/nylon-6 fiber with a high strength and a high modulus, and a preparation method. The fiber is obtained through in-situ polymerization and high-speed melt spinning of modified graphene and caprolactam; and a graphene/nylon-6 nanocomposite is obtained by compositing modified graphene with caprolactam and various additives. Based on the composite fiber, the present invention also provides a graphene/nylon-6 fabric with a permanent far-infrared healthcare function and a graphene/nylon-6 fabric with an ultraviolet protection performance, wherein the far-infrared performance and the ultraviolet protection performance thereof will not be attenuated due to an increase in the number of times that the fabric is washed in water, and the fabrics have a great market potential. |
