abstract In order to provide for a procedure for the manufacturing of emulsions in order to provide for materials that may be useful especially in energy devices, it is suggested a procedure comprising the steps of - preparation of a first solution of at least one element and/or at least one compound selected from a group comprising sulfur, silicon, metals and/or metal oxides, in at least one non-aqueous solvent; - preparation of a second, aqueous solution of graphene oxide; - preparation of a combined solution by combining the first solution and the second, aqueous solution; - adding of at least one surfactant to the first and/or second and/or combined solution; - emulsifying the combined solution.
