abstract |
This method for calculating a stable three-dimensional structure of an n-membered ring cyclic compound (n represents an integer of 4 or more) by using a computer includes: a step for converting stable three-dimensional structure data of a (n-a) membered ring cyclic compound [wherein, "a" represents a positive integer, and (n-a)≥3 is satisfied] into three-dimensional structure data of the n-membered ring cyclic compound by using data relating to an atom group that includes at least a-number of atoms; and a step for minimizing energy of the n-membered ring cyclic compound by using the three-dimensional structure data. |
