A liquid cooling composition that is a mixture of (N-(4-cyanomethylphenyl) p-menthanecarboxamide, N-(2-pyridin-2-ylethyl) p-menthanecarboxamide and menthyl lactate, the composition being characterized in that, in a triangular ternary phase diagram of (N-(4-cyanomethyl-phenyl) p-menthanecarboxamide, N-(2-pyridin-2-ylethyl) p-menthanecarboxamide and menthyl lactate, the composition falls within that portion of the diagram bounded by the coordinates of the following table (l). The compositions are stable liquids, able to be stored and easily incorporated into products, and giving superior cooling properties with respect to the same quantities of compounds added as powders. |
