abstract | Disclosed are a biflabonoid-cobalt complex, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. The present invention has amentoflavone as a ligand and a cobalt ion as a central ion, produces an amentoflavone-cobalt complex via a reaction, and characterizes the structure of the complex using infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. At the same time, the present invention researches antitumor and antioxidant activities of the amentoflavone-cobalt complex. MTT method indicates that the amentoflavone-cobalt complex is provided with improved antitumor activity, and the antitumor activity is stronger than that of amentoflavone; pyrogallol self-oxidation method, ABTS method, and FRAP method indicate that the antioxidant activity of the amentoflavone-cobalt complex is stronger than that of amentoflavone itself. The formation of the amentoflavone-cobale complex increases the antitumor and antioxidant activities of amentoflavone and is expected to be applicable in the development of a medicament. |
