A medical instrument, comprising a corrodible metal matrix and a ligand-degradable polymer. The ligand-degradable polymer is obtained by reaction of a degradable polymer with a ligand. The ligand-degradable polymer can be degraded and release a coordinating group; the coordinating group can undergo coordination reaction with a corrosion product generated by the corrodible metal matrix in a physiological environment to generate a water-soluble coordination compound. |
