titleOfInvention Lithium battery with rapid detectable safety
abstract The invention provides a lithium battery with a rapid detectable safety, comprising a battery casing, a positive pole piece, a negative pole piece and a diaphragm that are disposed inside the battery casing, the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece being disposed on both sides of the diaphragm, and surfaces of the positive pole piece/negative pole piece/diaphragm being coated with an indication protective coating, and the indication protective coating containing an indicating substance having a ray absorbing ability. In the invention, the surfaces of the positive pole piece/negative pole piece/diaphragm are coated with a protective coating with an indicator substance having a higher ray absorption coefficient than the other components of the battery, and a mass ratio of the indicating substance therein is adjusted such that it can be imaged in a ray imager so as to quickly detect whether the protective coatings on the surfaces of the positive pole piece/negative pole piece/diaphragm are completely coated and whether the diaphragm coated with the protective coating is wrinkled or cracked, thereby effectively avoiding risks of internal short circuit of a batch lithium battery, ensuring the safety of lithium battery and reducing unnecessary losses.
