titleOfInvention Electromyography based drug delivery
abstract The present solution discusses a system configured to evaluate the progress of labor induction by monitoring the uterine response to induction drugs or mechanical induction methods and assess the physiological status of the uterus. The uterine response to drugs can vary over the course of labor, but by categorizing the uterine response in real time the system can control an infusion system to deliver patient specific amounts of drugs to the patient that improves patient outcome while providing cost savings.
