abstract | Disclosed is a method for preparing high-activity sugarcane anthocyanin. The method comprises: 1) airing and crushing bagasse obtained after juice extraction, and adding distilled water to the bagasse; mixing cellulase, hemicellulase and pectinase to prepare a multienzyme, sterilizing the multienzyme, adding the multienzyme into a reaction solution, and performing leaching, enzyme deactivation, centrifugation and vacuum concentration on the mixture to obtain a crude sugarcane anthocyanin extract; 2) desalting the crude extract by means of a first chromatography column filled with macroporous adsorption resin, performing elution on the desalted crude extract by means of an extraction agent, and performing vacuum concentration on the eluted solution, so as to obtain an anthocyanin solution; 3) adjusting the anthocyanin solution with acid, treating the anthocyanin solution by means of a second chromatography column filled with dextrangel resin, collecting the eluted solution, and performing vacuum concentration on the eluted solution, the concentrated solution being purified anthocyanin solution; and 4) performing freeze drying on the purified anthocyanin solution to obtain purified anthocyanin. In the present invention, anthocyanin is extracted with sugarcane skin or bagasse as a raw material, and the waste obtained after sugar production is turned into wealth, so that the utilization rate of sugarcane is increased, the production chain of the sugarcane is extended, and the added value of the sugarcane is greatly increased. |
